Jess Kaehny, Community Education Program Manager at Hope House, will be facilitating Darkness to Light's Stewards of Children at the Adams Friendship Fine Arts Center inside of Adams-Friendship High School on Thursday, April 23 from 1pm-4pm. In this evidence-informed, award-winning training, adults learn how to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. We will watch videos of people with lived experience and of professionals in the field, answer questions in the provided workbook, and have group discussion. Towards the end of the training, we'll also have a discussion on sextortion, including a Q&A with ROUTE (Resources & Opportunities to Uplift Trafficking Experiences).
